WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

TO WHOM MAY YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED?

In accordance with the law in force, your data may be transferred to data processors who perform processing upon our instruction, e.g. IT systems and IT service providers, marketing agencies, companies conducting e-mail marketing campaigns and managing e-mail address databases, subcontractors of our services, and the entities authorised to obtain the data in accordance with the law in force, e.g. courts or law enforcement bodies - only upon request submitted on an appropriate legal basis. We would also like to inform you that on the website of Eko-Okna S.A., we use the "Google Analytics" tool developed by Google LLC with its registered office at: 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043, United States.

YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE DURATION OF THEIR PROCESSING?

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing. You may also withdraw your consent to personal data processing, object to the processing and exercise any other rights detailed in the GDPR. Any requests in this respect should be made directly to the mailing address or electronic address indicated above.
If you believe that your rights guaranteed by the provisions of the above Regulation have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection in electronic or traditional form in accordance with the procedures described on the website of the Office for Personal Data Protection (uodo.gov).
If a permission is the basis for the data processing, the data is processed until the permission is revoked, and after the permission is revoked, the data is processed for a period equivalent to the statute of limitations on the claims that eko-okna s.a. may assert and the claims that may be raised against them.
If the performance of an agreement is the basis for the data processing, the data is processed for the period necessary to perform the agreement, and after this time, it is processed for a period equivalent to the statute of limitations on the claims.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES, LEGAL BASES AND SOURCES OF PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

With your consent, your personal data will be processed by Eko-Okna S.A. for the purposes related to:

    • sending printed communication materials (catalogues, leaflets, brochures, etc.)
    • sending invitations, thank-you letters, wishes, etc.
    • sending advertising gadgets.

  2. Performing and providing services by electronic means, in particular by electronic mail:
    • sending advertising messages, newsletters containing promotional offers, information about new products, changes in the product offer, etc.
    Legal basis: Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
  3. Conducting commercial and marketing activities using the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses made available for use on the Internet:
    • telephone contact with legal and natural persons in matters related to the commencement of potential cooperation, gathering information on the quality of products being manufactured, the demand for advertising materials, etc.
    Legal basis: Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.
A lack of consent to the processing of personal data related to the objectives specified in items 1 to 3 does not affect in any way the effectiveness of the processes connected with the implementation of the Agreement.
Personal data as defined by the law (e.g. IP address) concerning the persons visiting the website of Eko-Okna S.A., collected using the above-mentioned "Google Analytics" tool are used primarily to analyse network traffic (for statistical purposes).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing on the basis of consent, prior to its withdrawal.
